Is the pilot a beta with missing features?

No. It's the product we're launching, with the same onboarding. "Pilot" means we'll keep changing it based on what design partners tell us.

What does it cost?

The launch price: $9 a month including 12,000 emails and 30 AI credits, then $0.75 per 1,000 emails. As a design partner that price is locked for life. You start with a 14-day free trial and don't need a card to set up and test.

How much of my time does it take?

Use NoBS for your real sending and tell us when something's wrong, confusing or missing. Occasionally we'll ask a question or two. That's the deal.

Can I leave?

Any time. Export your contacts and history, and close your account yourself. No calls, no retention offers.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. You send from your own address, which is better for deliverability and your brand. If you don't have one yet, tell us anyway and we'll help when you're ready.
